A block face (2 sides) is a type of parking regulation
characterizing an overtime rule. A block face is the length of a street between two
intersections. A vehicle is in violation if it is seen parked within the same block over
a specified period of time. Moving the vehicle from one side of the street to the other
does not make a difference.
