In Security
Center, you can trigger a one-time, manual action from the notification tray.
What you should know
Although actions are usually triggered through event-to-actions, you can also trigger
them manually from the notification tray if needed.
For the following actions, only users who are online are available as recipients:
- Clear tasks
- Display an entity in Security Desk
- Play a sound
- Send a message
- Send task
To trigger a one-time action:

In the notification tray, click Hot actions ().

In the Hot actions dialog box, click
Manual action.

In the Configure an action window, select an action type, and specify the additional
settings required for the action.

Click OK.
The manual action is triggered.
