The Unit enrollment tool allows you to discover IP
units (video and access control) connected to your network, based on their manufacturer,
and network properties (discovery port, IP address range, password, and so on). Once
discovered, the units can be added to your system.
- The Unit enrollment tool opens automatically after the Security Center installer
assistant unless you cleared the Open the unit enrollment tool after
the wizard option.
- When adding access control units, only HID and Synergis™ units can be enrolled with Unit enrollment tool.
